Prefigurations reopening

After a fruitful opening week in June and a summer break, we are glad to have reopened our exhibition PREFIGURATIONS until 23 October. The exhibition entails forty architectural projects, that were selected after an open call. The projects set the tone for transitions to a sustainable and social living environment and invite you to reconsider the architectural practice.

PREFIGURATIONS is part of The Great Transformation 2020-2030, a multidisciplinary thinktank, incubator and public programme that established an agenda of ten Future Places – let the exhibition guide you along these places. 

The exhibition is open until 23 October 2022. In October we will present an additional program, with highlights during Archiweek.

Future Generations Lab makes Leuven town hall resound

In the Future Generations Lab, the young people bundled their insights in exchanges, in dialogue, in presentations, in documentaries, in music, but also in designs, constructions, prototypes, physical or virtual. The young people develop their ideas with the help of experts, policymakers and businesses, and present their experiments in Future Fusion - a public event on Saturday 16 March, featuring a fashion show, a hip-hop concert, community activities and artistic and architectural installations in and around the Town Hall. → more
