Urban Meeting Bozar— The Productive Metropolis
15/03/16, 20u00-22u00
A city where you can enjoy working and living is something to strive for. This requires a spatial approach that ensures that economic activity once again is part of our towns and cities. How can designers and policy-makers contribute actively to making quality space available for our future economy? Can architects and town planners contribute to a more sustainable, urban-rooted and socially inclusive economy?

Jonathan Holslag (Professor of International Politics, VUB - opinion maker), Maarten Hajer (Professor of Urban Futures, University of Utrecht and curator IABR 2016) and Mark Brearley (CASS Cities, Metropolitan University, London) will make a strong plea for a liveable city with valuable work for everyone and afterwards enter into a debate with eachother.
Tickets: at the door €6/€4 (-26) or online €7/€5 (-26)
Location: BOZAR, Ravensteinstraat 23, Brussels
